Friday was Cadynce's pow wow at school. The kids did a great job, and Cadynce was very into it this year. After her pow wow we packed up the car and drove to Waco. We stayed in a hotel Friday night (which is usually the highlight of the trip for the kids.) The hotel had a giant fish tank and a pool. Cadynce and Donnie were in heaven. Saturday morning we swam a little more before going to the Waco Zoo. The zoo was awesome and the kids loved running from animal to animal. After lunch we drove around Baylor while the kids napped in the car. The main reason for the trip was the Bayor vs Oklahoma football game on Saturday night. It was a great game, but we left at the end of the third quarter (right when it was getting exciting) so we could get home at a decent time. It was a great mini get-a-way.
