Donnie turned one at 5:22 am today. We celebrated yesterday taking the kids to Sea World Water Park. The water park is a perfect place for Donnie to crawl around in the shallow water. He loves being in the water. He has started letting go while standing up and is now saying car and dog. It's amazing how this all just happened overnight. Cadynce and I went to the store to pick out a present for Donnie. The first shelf full of balls we passed she looked at them, looked at me while scrunching her nose and said, "I wewwy don't like ANY of those balls." We kept looking until she found the perfect ball for her little brother. We also got him a lawn mower and his own cell phone (he's been playing with Cadynce's purple fairy phone). His big gift from us was adding a slide onto our swing set. We figured out how we wanted it to look and then Don went and bought the lumbar and built it. It took three days, it's done, and it rocks!!! Pictures of the finished product will here soon. We had such a fun day...I can't believe my baby is ONE.
