Cadynce & Blake's Birthday Party

This is the third joint birthday party we have had for Cadynce and Blake.  This year we had a pool party (yes, a pool party) at Blake's house.  The water is still a little cold, but the kids (and dads) didn't mind.  View Album for more pictures.

Colbie's Swing

 We added one more swing to our swingset so Colbie can swing too.  We had a dead tree removed so now there is room for her to swing without running into a tree.

Ready for Summer

It was so nice outside we tried out our friend's pool for the first time this year.  The water was cold, but it didn't stop Cadynce and Blake from swimming in it.

Her first roll

This girl is so hard to capture on camera.  She was rolling over again and again.  As soon as I turned the camera on she just stared at it...wouldn't budge.  I had to trick my 4 month old!!

Art Show 2012

Last night was Cadynce's school art show.  We were blown away at all the work they put into this special night.  All the art work was displayed and labeled throughout the school.  View Album for more pictures.

Visiting the "Pokie Pines"

Donnie has been requesting a trip to the zoo for a few weeks to see the "pokie pines."  He was pretty upset when we found them asleep in the corner.  My kids do not like sleeping animals and like to yell "wake up" as loud as they can.  I think they may have learned that from their Daddy!!  The animals at our zoo pretty much sleep 24/7 so we do a lot of yelling.  We stopped to play before leaving and Donnie slipped in a big muddy mess and fell in it.  Not sure how he didn't see it, but for the kid who doesn't like to get dirty to fall in a mud puddle???  I had to work some Mommy magic to keep him from melting down (it was also nap time).  We laughed it out and took a few pictures then headed to see the bears on the way out.  At the exit I stripped Donnie down to his underwear so he could ride in the stroller back to the car.  View Album for more pictures.

Look who is 4 months old now!!!  And I just noticed that I've put her in the same onsie the last three months.  Haha.

Friends Visit

Our friends from Austin drove down to spend the night.  Our kids all get along so well, and they always have the best time together.  They played, ate lunch, played some more and then we went to the rodeo festivities.  They all rode on a few rides/roller coasters for the first time (Donnie does NOT like roller coasters).  We visited all the animals then went to dinner.  The next morning all the kids were up very early and ready to play.  We had such a fun time and can't wait to see them again soon.  View Album for more pictures.
