Jack & Carol's Visit

My parents flew out July 4th to spend a few days in paradise:)  We watched fireworks from our back patio, ate at the best taco place, hit golf balls and watched the kids swim for hours and hours.  They were so lucky to take Cadynce and Donnie with them back to Indiana.

Bible Club 2016

We hosted our first Backyard Bible Club last week.  We kicked it off with the Opening Ceremony, where all families are invited to come meet us, eat, play and hang out.  We had 41 people show up...we had no idea that many people were going to show up.  The next three nights just the kids were dropped off for two hours while we led them in praise, bible lesson, craft, snack and games.  We had 22-26 kids each night.  Pictures.

Grandpa & Mimi Visit

Grandpa and Mimi arrived on the last day of school.  They stayed the weekend and also got to experience their first swim meet.  Cadynce, Donnie and Colbie loved having their own cheering section.  Pictures.

Cadynce had her first piano recital in May.  She played two songs, and played them flawlessly.  So proud of her.

Happy Birthday Cadynce!!

On April 10th at 6:14pm, our world changed...for the better:)  Cadynce Noelle Clark is a girl filled with love.  She loves Jesus, her family, her friends and animals.  She loves school.  She loves being in charge.  She loves asking questions.  She loves to sing and play the piano.  She loves going to Indiana.  She loves skiing.  Love, love, love this girl.  She wants to be a veterinarian when she grows up.  She just requested a few friends to come over for her birthday.  It was a great birthday.  Happy Birthday Cadynce!

Spring Break 2016

We had so much fun skiing in Colorado last year, we decided to do it again.  We stopped halfway in Amarillo, TX and enjoyed their little zoo.  We spent 4 days skiing at Copper Mountain.  Cadynce, Donnie, and Colbie did ski school and Damon played in the child care.  Don and I had 2 1/2 days of skiing around the mountain by ourselves, and the last couple days to ski with Cadynce, Donnie, and Colbie...it was a blast.  We went tubing one night, which is always fun, and Colbie was tall enough to go this year.  The girl wouldn't stop talking!  She was pretty proud of herself going down the tubing hill "all by herself." Don took his two little Valentine's to dinner on Saturday.  A few pics before they left...Colbie has been a little under the weather, and didn't want to go (obviously).  We made her go and she had a great time.
